Didn't stay here but came here for the food and ambiance. Everything exceeding our expectations and reminded us of Las Vegas with all the fancy fountains. The location isn't the best but amazing food on site. All in all, we would definitely come back!

Came for a little staycation/girls’ night to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, her big move up north, and my recent engagement — and it was perfect from start to finish. It started with Alex at Guest Services, who was so welcoming. When he heard what we were celebrating (and that it was our first visit), he surprised us with an upgraded room with a patio — and wow, did he deliver. 😍 Joe Kao went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible time both days we were there. The amenity basket he put together was so thoughtful — perfect for a girls’ night in. We stopped by Growlers for apps and sunset views on the patio, and Skylar and Nate took great care of us. The next day, we visited Treo, where John at the bar blew us away. As bartenders ourselves, we really appreciated his passion for the craft — he was phenomenal. The Bangkok Bay Mocktail was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Miguel at the lobby bar was another standout — great conversation, honest suggestions, and seriously, that artichoke dip? Delicious. As people in the hospitality industry, we left feeling seen, appreciated, and proud. HOSPITALITY IS NOT DEAD! 🙌🏼 A few random notes: • Our room was beautiful, and the view was 10/10. • The Market deserves its own shoutout — beautifully organized, great local souvenirs, and amazing grab-and-go options. • The pool area was a total vibe. The slides were fun, and the lazy river playlist? Perfect. • The arcade was small but still a blast — $20 later, we were kids again. • One small suggestion: please provide the staff at Guest Services and the lobby bar with sunglasses — I felt so bad for them having to stare directly into the sun while helping guests. Can’t recommend this place enough. Huge thanks again to Joe Kao & Alex for making it such a special weekend.
